a Vienna-based private equity company.

We invest in a portfolio of unlisted companies. Our objective is to achieve substantial capital gains for investors by consistently increasing the equity value and realising it on exit.

We make later-stage investments (buy-outs, re-capitalisations, growth capital) in a wide range of sectors and aim at achieving a substantial gain in value over an investment horizon, which will typically ranges from between 3 to 6 years.

We invest in companies throughout Austria and in the neighbouring CEE-countries.

The characteristics of the companies we invest in differ as regards business activity, stage of development, industry and geography.

We co-operate with renowned partners of the private equity industry and preferably invest jointly with other buy-out companies.
